The world of fertility awareness can be hard to navigate - whether you're just starting out or have been practicing for a while. That's why Emily and Mary created FAM Base, a non profit organization dedicated to helping each woman and couple—regardless of faith background—to grow in their understanding of fertility awareness and of their options for a method that fits them best.
At FAM Base, you can learn all you need to know about fertility awareness, hormonal birth control, restorative reproductive medicine, and the various method options. The user database allows you to draw from other women's experiences that are similar to yours. And you don't want to miss out on the external resources!
If you're an organization who wants to share this good news in a way that meets people where they are, Emily and Mary have you covered. You can purchase informational tri-folds or postcards with a QR code that direct potential users to FAbMBase.org. You can also specify whether these resources include information about discernment and faith or are more faith neutral. Email them at fabmbase@gmail.com for more information.
